Context
From a forgotten volunteer slot to a shipped deck
The planned topic was Building Agentic Automation: From AI Tools to Autonomous Decision-Making Systems. The talk became Coding with AI after Jude, the founder of GAIC, asked for the presentation at around 8:30am and I remembered I had volunteered to speak.
The first draft went out at 10:04, the second at 11:46, and the PDF fallback at 11:55 because the earlier links might not work. They did not. That made the talk a practical demonstration of the real workflow: move fast with AI, keep checking the output, and always prepare a boring reliable fallback.
