Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report a bug?

Email info@africantechno.com with the app name, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your device / iOS version. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot.

How is my data handled?

The short version: permissions are only requested when a feature needs them, I don't sell personal information, and diagnostics may be used to improve stability. Full details are in the privacy policy.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases and subscriptions for iOS apps are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe there's been a genuine issue, email me and I'll do what I can to help.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in Settings on your device: Settings โ†’ [your name] โ†’ Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

I have a feature request โ€” where do I send it?

Please do send it. Email info@africantechno.com with as much context as you can. I read everything, even if I can't always reply individually.

Which iOS versions are supported?

Each app targets a recent version of iOS. If an older device can't install the current release, earlier versions of the app may still work from your purchase history. For specifics, check the app's App Store listing.
